Two founders combining multi-generational Central Asian energy experience with U.S.-trained investment discipline, risk analysis, and applied technology.
Nedal Mohammadi is Co-Founder responsible for investment strategy, risk, and technology at ISRA FZCO, and is the Company Manager named on the licence. He brings U.S.-trained investment discipline, risk analysis, and portfolio construction to how the company is being built. His background spans business development, real estate, and capital-markets thinking, alongside a working knowledge of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence. His interest is in bringing data-driven analysis to traditional commodity industries. At ISRA, he leads the design of our risk framework, our technology and AI enablement, and our approach to international partnership development, favouring measured, well-governed decisions over activity for its own sake.
Abdullojon Rustamov is Co-Founder responsible for commercial operations and regional markets at ISRA FZCO. He brings multi-generational Central Asian energy experience and on-the-ground commercial knowledge, having entered the fuel and energy sector from a young age through his family's long-standing involvement in the business in Tajikistan and the wider region. His experience covers energy supply, fuel retail, procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, and regional commercial operations. At ISRA, he leads commercial operations, supplier and buyer relationships, physical trade execution, and regional market development, keeping the company close to the corridors that connect regional supply to Gulf and international demand.
Nedal Mohammadi was educated at ISAS Dubai and has spent much of his professional life based in the United States. His work has centred on investment: assessing risk, constructing portfolios, and developing businesses with a disciplined, capital-markets orientation.
In 2022 he founded Cyrus Investment Corp in the United States, a real-estate investment vehicle focused on real-estate investment, development, and construction-related opportunities, alongside broader investment ventures. He is also an investor in Ambar Luxury, an ultra-luxury developer and home builder active in McLean, Virginia and the wider Washington D.C. metropolitan area. These businesses reflect a career built around investment strategy, risk analysis, portfolio construction, business development, and real estate.
Alongside this, Nedal has developed a working knowledge of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in applying data-driven analysis to traditional commodity industries. That combination of investment discipline and technology sits at the centre of how ISRA is being designed.
As Co-Founder of ISRA FZCO, Nedal is responsible for investment strategy, the risk framework, and the company's capital-markets orientation, as well as technology and AI enablement and international partnership development. He is the Company Manager named on the licence, and he aims to ensure that every process ISRA builds is grounded in careful analysis, transparency, and strong governance.
Abdullojon Rustamov entered the oil, gas, LPG, and broader energy sector from a young age, through his family's long-standing involvement in the fuel and energy business in Tajikistan and Central Asia. That upbringing gave him an early, practical understanding of how physical energy markets work.
His hands-on experience covers energy supply, fuel retail, LPG trading, procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, and regional commercial operations. In 2020 he established his own independent energy-sector business, IRIS, building further on that foundation. This history reflects a career shaped by direct, supplier-side involvement in the region's fuel and energy trade.
Abdullojon brings practical industry knowledge, a clear understanding of the region, supplier-side experience, and deep Central Asian energy relationships. These relationships and this on-the-ground perspective inform how ISRA is developing its view of supply, logistics corridors, and demand across Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and the wider region.
As Co-Founder of ISRA FZCO, Abdullojon is responsible for commercial operations, supplier and buyer relationships, physical trade execution, and regional market development. His role keeps the company connected to the commercial realities of the corridors it aims to serve, and grounds our forward-looking plans in genuine regional experience.
ISRA FZCO is a new, independent Dubai Free Zone company established in 2025. Any prior businesses or family activities referenced in the founders' biographies are the personal or professional history of the individual founders and are not affiliated with, owned by, or successors to ISRA FZCO.
