A partnership of complementary experience
Responsible for investment strategy, risk, and technology. He brings internationally trained investment discipline, risk analysis, and portfolio construction, alongside a working knowledge of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence, with a focus on bringing data-driven analysis to traditional commodity industries. He leads the design of ISRA's risk framework, its technology and AI enablement, and international partnership development, favouring measured, well-governed decisions over activity for its own sake.
Responsible for commercial operations and regional markets. He brings deep Central Asian energy experience and on-the-ground commercial knowledge across energy supply, fuel retail, procurement, supplier relationships, and logistics. He leads supplier and buyer relationships, physical trade execution, and regional market development, keeping the company close to the corridors that connect regional supply to Gulf and international demand.
Nedal M.
Nedal's work has centred on investment: assessing risk, constructing portfolios, and developing businesses with a disciplined, capital-markets orientation, across investment, development, and business-building experience.
Alongside this, he has developed a working knowledge of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in applying data-driven analysis to traditional commodity industries. As Co-Founder, he is responsible for investment strategy, the risk framework, technology and AI enablement, and international partnership development — grounded in careful analysis, transparency, and strong governance.
Abdullojon R.
Abdullojon has spent his career in the oil, gas, LPG, and broader energy sector, with deep practical experience of how physical energy trade works in Central Asia — supply, fuel retail, procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, and regional commercial operations.
As Co-Founder, he is responsible for commercial operations, supplier and buyer relationships, physical trade execution, and regional market development, keeping ISRA connected to the corridors that link regional supply to Gulf and international demand.
